Bing the 13th most visited site on the web
Are you superstitious? Microsoft isn’t, since after a month of its launching Bing is the 13th most visited site on the web, according to Compete.com Compete only tracks US visitors. Here are the details of this impressive growth:
Bing was able to amass 49.57 million unique visitors in its first month as Microsoft’s official search engine. Bing’s traffic trumps that of Digg (38.96 million) Twitter (23 million), and CNN (28.54 million). Bing is surpassed by Live.com, the other important site from Microsoft, which gathered almost 80 mil. visits in June.
We are all waiting for the July data to see if Bing will be able to keep up the pace.
